Booked a Gaudi subscription in the app but didn’t receive access?
No worries—here’s how to restore it. 💚
Step-by-step guide
- Log into the Gaudi app and tap the last tab on the bottom right: Me.
- Scroll all the way down and tap Settings.
- Open the My Subscription section. Tap Upgrade now! (again if needed).
- When prompted to buy a membership again, tap the blue Restore button at the bottom right.
If your subscription was successfully processed, it will now be restored via your App Store.
Still doesn’t work?
If restoring your membership still doesn’t work and the payment has already been charged, send us:
- A short message
- A screenshot of your order confirmation
