You don’t have to chat one-on-one—start a Group Message from your inbox or messenger and invite whoever you like. Just click the 💬 icon to begin.
You can rename your group, add a description, or remove users anytime via your message settings.
How to start a group chat:
You must have had a private chat (PN) with all members before adding them. You’ll see a reminder when inviting new users.
To set up your group:
Click the 💬 icon next to the gear in your Inbox. Select users, name the group, and add a description if you like.
Remove someone from a group?
Open the member list on the right, click the three dots next to the username, and choose “Remove.”
Join or leave a group:
If you’ve been invited, click “Join Conversation.” If not interested, just ignore the invite. Want to leave later? Click the arrow icon on the right to exit.
Group disappeared?
If most users leave, the group auto-converts to a private chat between the last two members.
Good to know:
- You can invite up to 300 members.
- Invites expire after 14 days if not accepted.
- All regular message features apply.
- Group chats are private and only visible to invited members.
